Marine Electricals Shares Surge 9% to 52‑Week High After Securing ₹393.52 Crore Orders

Marine Electricals India shares surged 9% to hit a 52‑week high of ₹474.2 on Monday, October 5, after the company secured four orders worth ₹393.52 crore. The orders were announced in a filing that detailed delivery timelines and project scopes. The rally lifted the stock to its highest level since March 30, 2026, when it traded at ₹150.86. The 9% jump reflects investor optimism over the firm’s expanding order book and recent capacity upgrades for the future.

The four orders include a supply of a power distribution system to Web Werks (India) with delivery over 18‑24 months; an MEP GC contract from CtrlS Datacenters for 6‑8 months; electrical works for a 7,500 DWT MPV awarded by Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers, scheduled over 24‑28 months; and a VTMS supply to Navayuga Engineering Company for the Ramayapatnam Port Project, expected to complete in four to seven months of the project.

Last month, Marine Electricals was awarded three power distribution supply orders, including one from Digital Edge DC (India) Private Limited, a second from Socomec India Private Limited, and a third from STT Global Data Centres India Private Limited. These orders reinforce the company's growing presence in the data centre sector and are expected to contribute significantly to the firm's revenue stream in the coming fiscal year.

In September, Marine Electricals inaugurated its sixth manufacturing facility in Goa, covering a combined floor space of approximately 1,60,000 sq. ft. The new plant expands the company's overall manufacturing and operational capacity. Starting operations on September 14, 2026, the facility is projected to reach full manufacturing capacity of about 800 PTUs for data centres per year by March 2027 to support the growing demand for data centre infrastructure.

At 11:35 AM, Marine Electricals India shares traded at ₹471.5, up 8.01% on the National Stock Exchange. From the beginning of the year, the stock has risen 122%; over the past month, it has rallied 12%; and over the last six months, it has surged 168%. The shares hit a 52‑week low of ₹150.86 on March 30, 2026, and as of October 5, 2026, the company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹6,589.98 crore.
