Hindustan Zinc, a Vedanta Group company, announced that its consolidated net profit for Q2 FY27 rose 149% to ₹6,412 crore, up from ₹2,649 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue from operations surged 76.55% to ₹15,093 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with ₹8,549 crore a year earlier, reflecting a significant top‑line growth overall.

Operating profit, or EBITDA, jumped 108% to ₹9,248 crore, up from ₹4,445 crore in Q2 FY26, while the EBITDA margin expanded to 61.27% from 51.99%.
