PC Jeweller Q2 FY27 Net Profit Surges 58% to ₹331 Crore, EBITDA Rises 74%

PC Jeweller announced its Q2 FY27 earnings on 21 October 2026, reporting a robust performance driven by strong consumer demand. The jewellery maker posted a consolidated net profit of ₹331.08 crore, up 57.99 % year‑on‑year from ₹209.56 crore in the same quarter of FY26. Revenue from operations rose 27.8 % to ₹1,054.47 crore, compared with ₹825.25 crore in Q2 FY26. The company highlighted a 74 % jump in operating EBITDA to ₹310 crore.

The consolidated revenue figure of ₹1,054.47 crore represents a 27.8 % increase over the ₹825.25 crore recorded in the September quarter of FY26, underscoring sustained sales growth. Net profit climbed to ₹331.08 crore, a 57.99 % rise from ₹209.56 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal year. These gains reflect the company’s ability to capture market demand across its retail and wholesale channels, while maintaining cost discipline. The company also reported a healthy gross margin expansion and a steady increase in same‑store sales, further supporting the profitability trajectory.

Operating EBITDA, also known as operating profit, reached ₹310 crore in the July‑September quarter, marking a 74 % year‑on‑year increase from ₹178 crore in the same period of FY26. In addition, PC Jeweller received remittances of approximately ₹142 crore from outstanding export debtors during the quarter ended 30 September 2026. The company stated that it had successfully resolved issues with export receivables, and the realization of outstanding export receivables has commenced with this remittance. This cash inflow is expected to strengthen liquidity and support future expansion plans.

PC Jeweller announced plans to open up to 100 new showrooms, both owned and franchised, over the next 12 to 18 months. The company is also developing a new jewellery brand targeting Gen‑Z customers, focusing on demi‑fine, lightweight jewellery and lab‑grown‑diamond fine jewellery. It highlighted that the lightweight and lab‑grown diamond segments in India offer higher gross margin ratios than traditional jewellery, are capital efficient, and can improve inventory turns and return on capital as the business scales. The launch is aimed at capturing a younger, self‑purchasing buyer base. This initiative aligns with the company’s growth strategy.

During the quarter, PC Jeweller fully discharged the outstanding debt of its 14 consortium banks ahead of the scheduled due dates under the settlement agreement dated 30 September 2024. The company now carries zero bank borrowings, and all charges, securities, guarantees and undertakings provided by the company and its guarantors have been fully released. Consequently, the firm will no longer incur borrowing‑related finance costs, which will add to its bottom line going ahead. As of 21 October 2026, the company’s market capitalisation stood at ₹18,051.20 crore on the NSE. This reflects a strong financial position.
